Reading Data

Instant display screen combines with four run memory for ease of use, quick machine setup and production applications. Board-wave data is instantly displayed on Optimizer display screen. Automatic display of four runs of accurate parallelism, dwell time, contact length and immersion depth readings along with conveyor speed check. Special window verifies flux distribution. Four runs of temperature data and twelve full thermal profiles also instantly displayed on the Optimizer’s display screen. Additionally, download all four runs simultaneously to PC. Easy-to-use, advanced SPC software.

Temperature Data

Thermocouples. User has option of unique thermal sensor card or direct profiling of boards. The seperate, independent board-wave contact sensors perform direct board-wave measurements simultaneous to the thermocouples' temperature measurements.

Carrier Board

Proprietary, non-warping, linear expansion compatible with PCBs, impervious to thermal and physical shock, durable for years.

Power

High energy, high temperature power pack. Automatic shut off. Power pack good for 600 runs.

Reflow Application
